📘 About the Hb / Anaemia
Anaemia means too little haemoglobin to carry oxygen. It is very common in pregnancy and in Indian children and women, mostly due to low iron. Enter the Hb from your blood report and choose who it is for.
In pregnancy, Hb of 11 g/dL or more is normal, 10–10.9 is mild, 7–9.9 moderate and below 7 severe anaemia. Cut-offs differ for children, non-pregnant women and men.
