📘 About the Vaccine Schedule
Enter your child's date of birth and choose a schedule to get a personal vaccination chart with the date each dose is due, from birth to the teenage boosters, and which vaccines are due now or coming next.
In India you can choose the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP 2025) schedule followed by most private paediatricians, or the free Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) at government centres. The UK schedule includes the 2026 changes (MMRV and the new 18-month appointment).

❓ Frequently asked questions
Which vaccines are given at 6 weeks in India?
On the IAP schedule: DTP, IPV, Hib, hepatitis B, rotavirus and PCV — often as a combination injection plus oral rotavirus drops.
Is a delayed vaccine a problem?
A delay of days or weeks is not ideal but doses don't need to be restarted — the schedule just continues. Ask your doctor about catch-up.
Do premature babies get vaccines at corrected age?
No, vaccines are given by actual age from birth.
What changed in the UK in 2026?
MMRV (adding chickenpox) replaced MMR from January 2026, and a new 18-month appointment gives a fourth 6-in-1 dose and the second MMRV.
What is the difference between IAP and UIP?
UIP is the free government programme; IAP adds vaccines such as hepatitis A, typhoid, chickenpox, MMR (with mumps), flu and HPV that parents usually pay for privately.
