A purchase order is the document a buyer sends a supplier to order goods at agreed prices. It protects both sides: the supplier knows exactly what to deliver, and you can match their invoice and delivery to it.
Add your business, the vendor and the delivery address, then each item with SKU, quantity and unit price. Set the delivery date, payment terms (e.g. Net 30) and shipping method. Totals and tax are calculated for you.
Click "Print / Save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer. On a phone, use Share → Print → Save as PDF.
A buyer's official order to a supplier listing items, quantities, prices and terms. Once accepted it becomes a binding agreement.
Checking the purchase order, the goods received note and the supplier's invoice against each other before paying.
Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.
