📘 About the Shipping Label Generator

Print neat shipping labels for parcels you send yourself or hand to a courier. Enter the sender and recipient addresses, the tracking or AWB number (turned into a scannable Code 128 barcode), the weight, size and service, and any handling note such as FRAGILE.

Choose 4 × 6 inches for thermal label printers, A6 for half-A5 label sheets, or A4 to print on plain paper and tape on. This makes an address label — postage or a carrier's own label must still be bought from the carrier.

💡 How to use the Shipping Label Generator

  • Enter the sender (kept for next time) and the recipient.
  • Add the tracking/AWB number, order number, carrier, weight and dimensions.
  • Pick the label size and click Print.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Does this label include postage?

No. It is an address label. Buy postage or use the carrier's own label when they require one; you can still use this for returns, local couriers and your own deliveries.

What size is a shipping label?

4 × 6 inches (about 102 × 152 mm) is the standard for thermal printers used by most couriers and marketplaces.

Will the barcode scan?

Yes — it is a standard Code 128 barcode. Print at 100% scale (no "fit to page") for the best result.
