About the Waist-Hip Ratio
The waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) compares the size of your waist to your hips. It shows where you carry fat: fat around the waist is linked to a higher risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
Measure your waist at its narrowest point or at the navel, and your hips at the widest point, then enter both in centimetres.
