❓ Frequently asked questions
How old am I in days, hours and minutes?
Enter your date of birth: all units are shown together, counted from your birth to today.
Why are total months not days ÷ 30?
Months have different lengths, so total months are counted from your birthday month by month.
How many weeks are in my age?
About 52.18 weeks for every year of age.
Can I use a time of birth?
Yes. Enter it (24-hour clock) for exact hours, minutes and seconds.
Does it count leap years?
Yes. The calculator counts the real calendar days between the two dates, so every 29 February in between is included.
Can I find my age on a past or future date?
Yes. Change the 'Age on Date' box to any date — for example your exam date, the cut-off date in a job advertisement, or a future birthday.
