About the Time
This time converter changes a duration from one unit to another across 43 units: from attoseconds and nanoseconds through seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, fortnights, months, quarters and years to decades, centuries and millennia — plus astronomical units (sidereal day, lunar month, tropical and Julian year), computing units such as the jiffy, and traditional units like the Indian pal, ghati, muhurta and prahar and the Chinese shichen and ke.
Months and years have different lengths, so you can choose: the average Gregorian month (30.436875 days) and year (365.2425 days), or a fixed 30-day month, a 365-day common year and a 366-day leap year. Every pair also has its own page, such as hours to minutes or days to weeks, with a table and worked examples.
